We always go that extra mile in helping getting candidates get back to work. We recently had a candidate register with us who was living at the Foyer in Swindon, which is social housing for young adults between the ages of 16 to 25.
He had been un-employed for some time with limited experience but was desperate for us to find him a permanent position. He had an amazing personality along with the want to find himself a permanent, secure role for the future.
We managed to place him at a local company working as a Sales Agent however on the condition he had some smart clothes to wear. This candidate didn’t have the money to buy new clothes, didn’t even have money to buy food. A&B went shopping and bought him shirts, trousers, jumpers and shoes in order for him to secure the role. The client even went out of their way to buy him food so that he was able to get by until his wages went through.
