LOCATION: Near Wootton Bassett

SALARY: £25,000 OTE £32,000 plus (uncapped commission) plus full benefits package

JOB TYPE: Permanent offering hybrid 2 days home and 3 days office

Role Purpose

  • You will need to have exceptional negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, ambition and enthusiasm. The ability to build strong relationships with customers along with excellent communication skills is essential, ensuring that a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient service is maintained in line with company values.
  • Selling services in line with company values to generate new and repeat business.
  • Negotiating cost with customers independently or under the direction of the Sales Manager where necessary.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Be your customers dedicated point of contact; building a relationship with your customer is vital to understand whether we compete against others or are we the sole supplier.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable.
  • Managing your litres: along with bringing in new business you need to ensure customers are drawing to full potential at all times, with detailed account management calls, non-usage calls.
  • Ensure KPI’s are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the business.
  • Deal with queries and exhibit the highest standards of customer service at all times.
  • Maintain appropriate level of product and system expertise, including knowledge of products, procedures, service and systems.

Experience Required

  • Sales/Account Management experience
  • Face to Face sales such as retail and hospitality.
  • Full UK driving license (if possible)
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Be experienced in building relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Have the ability to work using your own initiative.
  • Have the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers.
  • An ability to drive business forward.
