LOCATION: Swindon
SALARY: £23,000 + Bonus
JOB TYPE: Permanent Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (Hybrid role)
Role Purpose
As a Technical Sales Advisor/Administrator you will need have a keen eye for detail, and an inquisitive and problem-solving mindset. You will be providing customers with quotations using our in-house drawing programs and giving customer and technical support. All training will be provided however any CAD experience is a positive. Handle customer inquiries over the phone and email
- Providing quotations using our in-house tools
- Customer service and delivery queries
- Updating and maintaining company databases
- General administration tasks
Experience Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form a rapport with customers.
- Able to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask, using multiple systems alongside dealing with customers.
- Ability to produce solutions to problems.
- Must have a ‘can-do’ approach.
- Good attention to detail.
- A background in a customer service or sales role is desirable.
